Learning Material Development Accredited organisations are authorised to facilitate learning and assessment against the outcomes contained in NQF-registered unit standards and/or qualifications and issue, via the responsible SETA, certification which is nationally recognised. It therefore follows that an accredited organisation will be required to apply for a scope of unit standards and/or qualifications registered on the National Qualifications Framework against which they will be authorised to issue certification. When applying for a scope of unit standards and/or qualifications, existing in-house training programs do not have to be deemed redundant. By aligning your existing in-house training programs to unit standards and/or qualifications registered on the National Qualifications Framework, certification toward nationally recognised qualifications is possible. Your staff can enjoy training that is recognised anywhere in the country ~ training that can articulate to further learning and development opportunities yet training that still meets your organisation's in-house training requirements. |
